How to get started
The first thing you need to do after creating an account on Bithash is to optimize your security settings.
We strongly recommend, at a minimum, setting a strong and unique password and setting up two-factor Google authentication to log in to your Bithash account. It is imperative that you record the 2FA key that you receive during setup and keep it in a safe place and not in electronic form. If you do not, then in the worst case scenario, you may lose access to your account for several days.

Deposit funds
In order to start trading on Bithash, you need to enter funds to the platform. Account replenishment is possible by entering cryptocurrencies or fiat money supported by the platform.
Fiat money
To deposit funds to the platform, go to the "Wallet" section and click on the "Deposit" button. Select the currency you want to transfer (for example, USD), select the method of replenishing the wallet to which the transfer will be made, and go to the appropriate payment section.
Cryptocurrencies
To deposit funds to the platform, go to the "Wallet" section and click on the "Deposit funds" button. Select the currency you want to transfer (for example, BTC), generate the address of the wallet to which the transfer will be made, and insert it into the address bar when sending funds.

Fees for replenishing an account
Please keep in mind that the amount of time required to replenish the account depends on the network load and the amount of commission paid. More information on the number of required confirmations is available here.
First transaction
To conduct a trade, please follow the instructions below:
Make sure that your funds are in your wallet. Here you can learn how to transfer funds between wallets.
Go to the “Exchange” page, in the upper right, select the currency pair you want to trade (for example, BCH / BTC, where you buy BCH for BTC). Trading pairs available for USD, EUR, RUB or BTC.
At the top of the window is a chart “TradingView”.
Trading blocks are available at the bottom of the window on the left
Select the order you are interested in from the list, or create your own by indicating the size and price in the appropriate fields.
Click on the “Buy” or “Sell” button. If you choose the BCH / BTC pair as an example, then when you click the “Buy BCH” button, you will buy BCH for BTC, while when you select “Sell BCH”, you will sell BCH and get BTC.
Your order should appear in the "Sell Orders" window in case of a sale or in the "Buy Orders" window in case of a purchase. After your order is executed and your funds are credited to the wallet, the order will go to the “Trades” window.
